Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and Provider
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop techfinds.eu (Oskar Henrich, Ortsstr. 9, 35075 Gladenbach, Germany).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding online catalog.
(2) By clicking the button to complete the order, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order via an automated e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this e-mail confirmation.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) The prices stated on the product pages include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
(2) Shipping is carried out via DHL or Hermes. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the checkout process before purchasing.

§ 4 Terms of Payment
Payment is processed through the payment service provider Shopify Payments. The options available to you (e.g., Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofort) will be displayed during the checkout process.

§ 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 6 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to all products.

§ 7 Applicable Law
German law shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
